Measuring appointment
when we visit your property we will take measurements and photos and discuss your proposal with you. An appointment typically takes about 1-2 hours.

Drawing of extensions
we will draw your existing elevations and floor plans at our office. We will then draw a sample of your proposal and email them to you for approval.
We do not take payment until you have approved your drawings.we will print your plans on a3 paper and provide you with a digital copy of all your documents.

Amendments

McGarrys design partnership will act as your agent for your planning application, this means your council will contact us directly with any queries they might have. If your council requests amendments to your plans we will make those amendments free of charge which will save you paying for a new set of plans.
