Over the last few months i have been contacted by numerous people to create project drawings for jobs that have been refused when designed by other firms, McGarrys Design have considered all the previous planning objections and neighbouring comments to create acceptable designs for all.

Since June we have been extremely busy with residential extensions, including bungalow extensions/dormers, many garage conversions and new garages, a few single storey and some double storey up and over garage extensions

Since April i have been very busy with an multiple development  in Lostock including developments around TPO's trying to please the planning officers and my clients. The drawings for this project have now been finished and submitted. This month we have started a 19 house small estate in Telford Street, Horwich, Bolton, as yet we have only completed the first block consisting of four, three bedroom houses. The drawings style for these projects has been a new style adopted for new houses which is different from extensions which has been Mcgarrys Design main objective since conception. Since December leading to mid March i have been extremly busy with five single storey extensions and a particular double storey extension on a bungalow. Since April 2010 i have been very busy with four Single storey extensions 5 double storey extensions also the odd loft conversion. I have now been informed the housing estate in Horwich on Portman mill site, drawings for these start Nov 2010. In april 2010 i have finally finished the farm house in Simonswood due to the greenbelt restrictions, the design has been very satisfying and the client is very happy.
