Over the last few months i have been contacted by numerous people to create project drawings for jobs that have been refused when designed by other firms, McGarrys Design have considered all the previous planning objections and neighbouring comments to create acceptable designs for all.

Since December leading to mid March i have been extremly busy with five single storey extensions and a particular double storey extension on a bungalow. Within this bugalow we converted the existing and new loft space created from the rear and side large extension produced. Within I creating 3 decent size bedrooms, one with ensuite and walkin wardrobe due to the high headroom and space allowance within the roof. Am,ongst the ground floor a new kitchen was built, including a lounge dinner exte...

Since April 2010 i have been very busy with four Single storey extensions 5 double storey extensions also the odd loft conversion. I have now been informed the housing estate in Horwich on Portman mill site, drawings for these start Nov 2010. I have been involved with a few office conversions changing listed building into large office developments also changing a joinery work shop back into a residential flat (planning has been main aspect of job-change of use) I have done plently of planning...

Over the early months of 2010 as well as achieving planning permission for sites with greenbelt areas, I have carried on with the usual double and single storey extensions some of which need planning some are permitted development.
